Command Center privacy

The Strike Team Flowers uses a private Command Center to help the shop owner review questions and organize follow-ups. If the shop enables its Facebook or Instagram connection, Command Center can receive supported messages, comments and other available shop-page activity. It keeps a limited text excerpt, displayed sender name, dates, source identifiers and a link back to the original information. Coverage may be incomplete. Reading something does not mean the shop has answered it.

Imported social content is initially available only to the shop owner. If the owner prepares an internal follow-up, its source reference and the details the owner chooses to write are saved with the shop's shared tasks. Customer text is not automatically copied into that task. Our hosting providers process stored information to operate and protect Command Center. Connection credentials are encrypted on the server. This connection is not used to send replies, publish content, moderate accounts, target advertising or build customer profiles. Facebook and Instagram also process information under their own policies.

We retain information for shop follow-up, security, recovery or a legal or business requirement. The app does not promise automatic deletion after a fixed number of days. Its limited reading window is not a retention period.

To ask about a Command Center copy or request its removal, email info@the-strike-team.com with the social account and conversation or comment involved. Please do not send passwords, identity documents or payment-card information. We may ask you to confirm control of the relevant account.

When an imported copy is removed, we keep a minimal suppression record so another import or reviewed recovery does not bring it back. Related audit records retain the action, user and time without the removed imported text. Human-written tasks or notes and private backup copies require separate review; we will explain any legal or business requirement affecting the request. Removing a Command Center copy does not remove the original from Facebook or Instagram.

When the shop connects an account, Command Center checks its identity and granted permissions and stores the connection securely. An unconfirmed connection cannot read messages or comments. We review requests about imported information alongside any separately written shop notes and protected backup copies. If a legal or business requirement affects removal, we explain the relevant limitation. We keep limited source identifiers to prevent removed imported information from returning through another import or a reviewed recovery. Removing our imported copy does not remove the original from Facebook or Instagram.
